To use the Lucky 8 platform, you must create a registered account. Registration is free and available to players in Pakistan who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.

Each person is permitted to hold only one active account at Lucky 8. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under different identities — is strictly prohibited. If Lucky 8 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be closed, balances may be voided, and any pending withdrawals will be cancelled. This includes accounts used to claim multiple welcome bonuses.
You are responsible for keeping your Lucky 8 username and password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Lucky 8 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact Lucky 8 support immediately.
Lucky 8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to a national identity card (CNIC), passport, or proof of payment method ownership. Until verification is complete, Lucky 8 may restrict account functionality including the processing of withdrawals.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use Lucky 8. This is a hard rule with no exceptions. Lucky 8 takes its responsibility to prevent underage gambling seriously and carries out age verification checks on all accounts.
In addition to the age requirement, you must be accessing Lucky 8 from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited for your personal use. It is your responsibility to ensure that using Lucky 8 complies with the laws applicable to you in your specific location. Lucky 8 does not provide legal advice regarding jurisdictional compliance.
All financial transactions at Lucky 8 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Lucky 8 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals on its side, though your payment provider may have their own charges that are outside our control.

The minimum deposit is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your Lucky 8 wallet in real time. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods registered in the same name as your Lucky 8 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. Before your first withdrawal, your account must be verified in accordance with Section 2.4. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.
Lucky 8 processes withdrawal requests promptly. Mobile wallet withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa typically complete within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers settle within the same business day during normal operating hours. Lucky 8 does not artificially delay withdrawals from accounts that are in good standing.
Lucky 8 reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending verification review. This may occur when unusual activity is detected, when a new payment method is used for the first time, or when a large withdrawal is requested from an account that has not previously been fully verified. Any hold applied will be communicated to you with an explanation and an estimated resolution time.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until associated wagering requirements have been met in full. See Section 5 for full bonus conditions.
Lucky 8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly on the Promotions page. For example, a requirement of 10x on a Rs 2,000 bonus means you must place total qualifying bets of Rs 20,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Only bets placed using your real money balance count towards completing wagering requirements, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Not all games at Lucky 8 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%–20%, and sports bets at odds of 1.50 or above contribute 100%. Table games such as blackjack and roulette may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are listed on each promotion's terms page.
Lucky 8 monitors for bonus abuse including but not limited to: claiming the welcome bonus multiple times through different accounts, using staking strategies designed specifically to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or systematically exploiting promotional terms. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their account suspended and any bonus-derived winnings voided.
Bonus funds and free spins expire if wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses are removed automatically and cannot be reinstated. It is your responsibility to check the expiry date of any bonus you accept at Lucky 8.
New players at Lucky 8 are eligible for the welcome bonus offer on their first deposit. Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus only once. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once — including via new accounts — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
The following rules apply to all sports betting activity at Lucky 8. These apply in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules that are published in the relevant section of the platform.
Lucky 8 reserves the right to decline any bet or limit the stake on any market at its discretion. Bets are accepted at the odds shown at the time of placement. If a technical error causes incorrect odds to be displayed, Lucky 8 reserves the right to void bets placed at those incorrect odds and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
A bet may be voided in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed and not rescheduled within 24 hours; a technical fault prevented the bet from being recorded correctly; or the odds offered were clearly erroneous. Voided bets result in the return of the original stake to your Lucky 8 wallet.
In an accumulator (parlay), if one selection is voided, the accumulator stands with the remaining legs and the odds are recalculated excluding the voided selection. The remaining legs must all win for the accumulator to pay out. If all legs are voided, the full stake is returned.
In-play bets at Lucky 8 are subject to the same general rules as pre-match bets. Lucky 8 takes reasonable steps to ensure in-play odds are current, but some delay in live data feeds may occasionally result in bets being accepted slightly after the outcome is determined. Lucky 8 reserves the right to void any in-play bet where it can be demonstrated that the bet was placed after the relevant outcome was already known.
Lucky 8 takes match-fixing and corrupt betting practices very seriously. Any account found to be placing bets as part of a scheme to exploit inside information, manipulate match outcomes, or defraud the platform will be immediately suspended and reported to relevant sporting and law enforcement bodies.
Lucky 8's casino games are provided by certified third-party software suppliers. All game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generators (RNGs). Lucky 8 has no ability to alter game outcomes after they are determined. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for every game in the game information panel.
In the event of a game malfunction — including but not limited to a disconnection during play, a system crash, or a display error — Lucky 8 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the relevant stake. Lucky 8's determination of what constitutes a malfunction is final. Claims based on corrupted data states will not be honoured.
Aviator and other crash-format games at Lucky 8 use provably fair algorithms. The outcome of each round is determined before the round begins. Lucky 8 provides the tools to verify round outcomes independently. Any player who claims a crash game is rigged without completing the provably fair verification process will not have their complaint upheld.
Live dealer games are subject to the rules of the relevant game as managed by the dealer and the software provider. In the event of a discrepancy between what a player believes happened at a live table and what the game record shows, the game record is authoritative. Lucky 8 may review game footage to resolve disputes but the outcome of such reviews is final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited at Lucky 8. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:
Lucky 8 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial regulators. Suspected money laundering or fraud will be reported without prior notification to the account holder.
Lucky 8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. The most common reasons for account action include:
If an account is closed for a reason other than breach of Terms — for example, if you choose to close your own account — your real money balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances and any winnings generated from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned.
If your Lucky 8 account is suspended and you believe this was done in error, you may appeal by contacting support at support@lucky8-jit.net with a full explanation. Lucky 8 will review the account and respond within 5 business days. The outcome of the review is final.

Lucky 8's liability to any player is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time of any dispute. Lucky 8 is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. If you have a dispute regarding any bet, game result, or account transaction, you must contact Lucky 8 support within 30 days of the event in question. Disputes raised outside this window may not be investigated. When raising a dispute, please provide your account details, the date and time of the event, and a clear description of the issue. Lucky 8 will respond within 5 business days.
In the unlikely event that a payout is made to a player's account as a result of a mathematical or technical error, Lucky 8 reserves the right to reclaim the incorrectly credited amount. The player is not entitled to retain funds credited in error, regardless of whether they have already been withdrawn.
